Important Information and Deadlines
- Last day to request a refund – Wednesday, January 27, 2021 – Midnight, MST
- Refunds must be submitted in writing or via email at refunds@safariclub.org
- Event tickets will not be refunded after Wednesday, January 27, 2021
- Lost or stolen badges are subject to a $75 replacement fee per badge.
- Last day to register by phone – Wednesday, January 27, 2021, 5pm MST
- All badges and tickets will be refunded in the unfortunate event our convention is canceled due to Covid19
- Online Registration will remain open through Saturday, February 6, 2021
- No Registration materials will be mailed
