Non-Hunt Donation Form

This form must be completed for donations of all items except firearms, or hunt or fishing donations.

Hunt or fishing exhibitors must complete a 2025 Hunt/Fishing Donor Agreement. Firearm donors must complete a 2025 Firearm Donor Agreement.

  • SEPTEMBER 1st, 2024: AUCTION DONATION SUBMISSION DEADLINE

EXHIBITOR MINIMUM DONATION REQUIREMENTS:

  • MINIMUM DONATION VALUE MUST BE $1,500.00 PER 10X10 BOOTH
  • Returning Exhibitors who do not meet the September 1 deadline will be required to submit a Cash Donation of $1,500 per 10x10 booth.

Please include as much detail in your description as possible, for example: If your donation is artwork, include title, dimensions, medium, and type of frame.

If your donation is clothing, include size, color, and if the item can be exchanged. Include graphic images of item, JPEG/TIFF (must be at least 300 dpi and at least 7” wide). No videos please.

In order for the donation to be considered, artwork (graphics) must be included.
Attach any copy you would like used in promotion of this/these item(s).
