Firearm Donation Agreement Form

This form must be completed for all firearm donations. Hunt or fishing exhibitors must complete a 2024 Hunt/Fishing Donor Agreement. Other tangible donations must be completed on a 2023 Non-Hunt Donor Agreement. Auction Preview Guide Deadline is 8/1/23.

Exhibitor Requirement
$1,200 minimum tangible donation value per 10 x 10 booth.

Please include as much detail in your description as possible: Include a photo, JPEG/TIFF (must be at least 300 dpi and at least 7” wide). In order for the donation to be considered, artwork (graphics) must be included. Attach any copy you would like used in promotion of this/these item(s).

DEADLINE FOR AUCTION PREVIEW GUIDE: 08/01/23

RETURNING EXHIBITORS WHO DO NOT MEET THIS DEADLINE WILL BE REQUIRED TO SUBMIT A CASH CONTRIBUTION OF $1,000 PER 10 X 10 BOOTH.
ALL MONETARY VALUES MUST BE IN U.S. DOLLARS.
